I have a story to tell you …

Aloha To All You Wonderful Beings! 

I'd like to start by saying what a honour it is to guide and hold space for those of you in our group energy sessions.

You all humble me every week with your openness, love, ability to welcome in new individuals and create a safe and loving space for us all! - YOU GUYS ROCK!! 

For July's newsletter I would like to re-introduce myself to you all. The reason for this? Wednesday will be my half way journey around the sun (my half birthday)! In accordance with my birth chart, this is always a good time to look back at the intentions I had set for myself at the beginning of my year, to check in to see if I am listening to my inner guidance, my inner voice, to see if I am continuing to align with my purpose.
 

My personal journey for 2020 is all about stepping up into all aspects of my life, (I am sure you can relate).  One part of this in particular scares me the most.... stepping up so I may continue to align with my life purpose. The first step, to re-introduce myself to you.

"Hello, my name is Radha Mistry, I am a British born Asian. I live in Glastonbury, the heart chakra of the world.  I am a Energy Worker, Channel, Soul Guide and Light Being. I am here to serve the souls who are ready to truly align with their life purpose, who are ready to hear their souls speak and to shift to a higher level of consciousness so that they may feel true contentment and peace from within."

How did I get to this place in my life, here's my story.
It beings like the stories of most healers and light workers, from a place of trauma. For me this began in the womb. My cells were born with the memory of trauma which I carried until they and the pain of conforming to a society, religion and culture finally broke my mind and body. 

The depths of depression hit me hard completely immobilizing me. From this place I was finally able to hear the voice from within, the voice of my soul. I  listened and allowed her to speak. Following my souls guidance and love I was able to begin healing my depression. I got the emotional support through therapy, my physical and spiritual support through yoga and did my own inner work. The depression faded. For the first time in my life I felt I had true space for me. I was finally able to breathe. The more I listened to my soul, the stronger the voice became. 

Soon after the journey out of depression, my heart lead me to the beautiful island of Hawaii, an active volcano in the Pacific ocean. Where I un-intentionally spent the better part of 8 years, living in the jungle by a active lava flow.

This island and her transformative energy held me like a mother holds a child.  She cradled me to her while I purged, cleared and un-layered lifetimes worth of trauma and suppression from my physical, mental, emotional and energy bodies. From my every cell.  Each purge, clearing and un-layering showing me my gifts, and greater and greater aspects of my life purpose.  Allowing me to reconnect with my true self which hid away at birth.

Early on in this journey, I was guided by my higher self during my meditations, to use my gifts for my own healing and the healing of others. To be of service, a soul guide, a channel and support to those who like me, have and are clearing trauma. Who have gifts and are unsure how to use them in their everyday lives. Who are stepping up to the call of their souls, to their life purposes. It was never my conscious intention to delve into this life path of becoming a healer, channel and soul guide. But my soul spoke and I had learned to listen. 

For over the past ten years now I have dedicated myself to freeing the shackles of what I was born into. Breaking unhealthy and non-serving spiritual, emotional, mental, patterns.  Allowing my suppressed emotions to have their say, breaking free from the pain of my ancestors. 

During these years I gained perspective and started to see that my traumas had been keeping my gifts and soul purpose safe, like a chest of buried treasure safe beneath the earth, until I was fully ready to serve and fulfil my authentic life purpose.

Now more than ever, in these fast changing times we need to clear the internal paths so that we can hear our inner guides and voices. To learn how to trust that pure voice from within.

I am truly humbled and honoured to be serving in this way and so the journey continues.
