Monday Morning Earth Grounding

Start your week right. Breathe. Ground. Be Still.

Over the years as I have worked towards building my morning practice of meditation, breath work and gentle movement, I have found that what helped me find real focus was starting my week and day off from a grounded and solid platform, especially as life throws us curve ball after curve ball.

Being grounded and solid in my body helps me focus and find clarity for my day and week ahead. From this space the tasks that lay ahead which seemed so daunting, feel far more achievable and manageable, I don't feel pressured or weighed down by them. The space that is created brings me more energy and lightness.

I have shared and taught this to clients for years, to help guide them to build their own practice from the principle of being grounded and rooted in the body. This has allowed them the space to move forward with their week without the stress of feeling ‘all over the place’.

I invite you to join us for half an hour Every Monday Morning in September, for a simple and gentle grounded break work mediation and energetic practice. Allow my channel to guide you back into the body. Allow Mother Earth to hold your roots deep within her, so you may stand tall on a stable foundation.
