Lokahi Retreat was birthed 11.5 years ago on the island of Hawai’i amongst the lush green jungle & lava flow of Kilauea. Over time through guidance and love this seed of creation made its way to the Island of Kauai where it finally planted its root in 2022.
This beautiful & powerful land known for her astounding beauty, her lush green mountains, beautiful beaches and spectacular waterfalls will hold and host Lokahi retreat. This wonderful island has lifetimes of stories to tell. She whispers her Wisdom through reflection and sweetness. She holds the Feminine energy of Unconditional Love through her beauty, abundance and foods which truly nourish. Kauai - The Matriarch. The Grandma. The Wisdom Keeper.
Lokahi Retreat
The creation of Lokahi Retreat is to provide a beautiful & all encompassing container to Nourish the three powerful elements which make up you’r being - The mind, The body and The soul.
Over six days and five nights in a beautiful Asian style retreat home on the magical island of Kauai, you will be guided and supported through various practises, one to one sessions, group sessions and group activities. There will be space for self reflection and down time. Your body will be nourished by vibrant, local organic food and fresh juice. There will be time to connect with the Aina and Kai (Land and Ocean) with beach time and a gentle waterfall hike (Weather permitting).
This intimate retreat, has been intentionally set to only have a maximum capacity of 10 participates and 4 facilitators. This intention is to allow every person a deeper and richer experience, with more time for one to one connections.
This full container of beauty, love and being seen will give you the space, time and tools you need to acknowledge and explore each aspect of yourself, bringing you to Lokahi ‘Oneness’ with self.
Please Note, This is a Clean retreat. There is no smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs (unless prescribed).

Who is Lokahi Retreat For?
The journey to self-healing and self-wisdom has many turns, surprises and unknowns. It can be a thrilling and exciting journey in so many ways, but there are parts of the journey that need extra support and guidance.
This retreat as been created to be just that, a place to rest, lean in and feel the support of where you are. It is a space for those who are just starting to discover new depths of self and for those who are in the deep healing of self-connection path and exploration of self-wisdom.
Lokahi Retreat is a space for the coming together of like minded people who have the same purpose, healing, connection to their heart and ‘Self Love’. Through this community like setting, you will have the opportunity to gain powerful reflections of yourself, share freely, be your true self without judgment, share your experiences and learning so far, and allow all parts of your being to be loved nourished and accepted. Mind, Body, Soul, Spirit.
And of course for those who are already working with Radha and her higher vibrational energy & channel, this is a place to deepen that work and have one on one in person support.
Facilitators
Lokahi retreat will be held by four powerful bright lights! Radha Mistry, Heaven McArthur, Jill Siegel - Stone & Melissa Katherine Lotus Heart.
These women birthed from the seeds of Volcanic Creation, Universal Light and Pure Love, will bring their combined experience of over 30+ years in holistic wellness to you and the space. Each women comes with lifetimes of self wisdom, powerful intuition and light. They are masters of holding space in their own unique way for those who they work with. Each of them will be fully holding every individual and the collective in all ways Mind, Body, Soul & Spirit throughout the six days.

Meet chef awapuhi, (Ginger)
Meet Ginger Peters (Awapuhi) born on the beautiful island of Kaua'i. She will be nourishing you with her beautiful and intentional food throughout the retreat.
Her passions are all the simple things in life; surfing, travel, family and of course food!
As a local, one of Gingers priorities is to Malama, (take care) of the community and environment.
White Ginger Catering started with the goal of creating a more sustainable Kaua'i, by supporting local farmers and its economy whilst minimizing waste as much as possible.
Ginger brings the taste of Hawai’i and the spirit of ALOHA to her food and her presence.

7am - 8am: Morning poolside wake up Breath work and gentle yoga / movement practices with Melissa.
8am - 9am: Light Breakfast, Tea, Coffee & Juices
9am- 9:45am: Daily Group Gratitude practise, intention setting and daily card with Radha.
9:45am - 10:30am: Group Energy Session with Radha
10:30am: Various activities
Booked one to one session time
Own time: Poolside activities: Spa, sauna, gym. creative time, naps, journaling ect.
Afternoon
12:30pm: Lunch
2pm - 6pm: Various activities over the week.

Lkena Lani
Ikena Lani is a luxurious Asian inspired retreat style home which sits by the Pacific Ocean. Allowing the sounds of the crashing waves to accompany your time there.
Ikena Lani,( which translates to Heavenly Sight) has been intentionally picked for the Lokahi Retreat to serve the purpose of full nourishment.
